Issue: WCCUSD Collective Bargaining with UTR

The negotiations between the West Contra Costa Unified School District and the United Teachers of Richmond (collective bargaining agent for the WCCUSD teachers) have reached an impasse. A state mediator was supposed to meet with both parties on Thursday, May 19th. In the meantime, I am posting the last offers from both sides and the existing contract itself.
